During my experience at Quickdesk Virtual Solution, I provided comprehensive virtual assistance to clients by supporting their digital marketing and online presence needs. I handled SEO (On-page and Off-page) tasks to improve website visibility and search rankings, conducted lead generation to help clients reach targeted audiences, and managed social media marketing and content scheduling to boost engagement and brand awareness.  

During my work experience at Timberwood Development Corporation, I was responsible for handling financial transactions and preparing written documents. This role strengthened my attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in managing money and completing administrative paperwork efficiently.

Acquired in-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, including both on-page and off-page optimization, to improve website visibility and search rankings. Trained in lead generation techniques and social media marketing and management to help businesses grow and engage their audiences. Developed creative expertise using Canva for graphic design, along with video and audio editing for content creation. Successfully built a professional online portfolio, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to support clients in a fast-paced virtual environment.

​Completed comprehensive training in Information Technology with a strong foundation in computer systems, digital tools, and basic programming concepts. Developed practical skills in using productivity software, online platforms, and technical problem-solving. Gained hands-on experience through school projects and activities that strengthened analytical thinking, organization, and adaptability in a technology-driven environment.

​Completed High School with a special focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) during Grades 9 and 10. This subject emphasized practical computer skills, digital literacy, document creation, online research, and the effective use of technology for academic and administrative tasks. The ICT training strengthened my foundation in handling digital tools and prepared me for technology-based and virtual support roles.
